The acute effect of different specific warm-up intensity on one repeat maximum squat performance on basketball players

Background and Study Aim. Squat exercises have some advantages in terms of time, practice energy costs. It is also an exercise method used training plan development jumping ability basketball players. performance may vary depending on warm-up types intensity. was aimed to determine the effect different specific intensities 1-maximum repetition squat (1-RM) players.
 Materials Methods. The sample group study consisted 10 men (age: 22.90 ± 1.44 years, height: 188.10 8.06 cm, body weight: 77.92 13.41 kg, BMI: 21.70 2.83), who played regularly for at least 3 years. This performed warm up non-consecutive days. Warm protocols were determined as follows: light jogging only 5 minutes (NSW), % 40 intensity (LISW), 80 (HISW).
 Results. Participants' 1-RM found be statistically between NSW (91.10 kg), LISW (95.00 HISW (100,50 kg) respectively (p<0.05). Additionally, values observed highest after HISW. Rate perceived exertion (RPE) temperature (BT) HISW.
 Conclusion. As a result this study, are recommended coaches players order get more before movement.
